Our 7-day promise
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@nelovraa.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will share the return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used candles and opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
